At Light Your Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the fixtures you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
